1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StudioSelf website and AI generation services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

StudioSelf is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate stylized portraits and images based on uploaded reference photos ("User Content"). The Service uses artificial intelligence algorithms to process these images.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to StudioSelf. However, by uploading content, you grant StudioSelf a license to process, store, and modify this content solely for the purpose of providing the generated images to you.

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of any person other than yourself without their explicit, written consent.
• Upload photos of minors (under 18 years of age).
• Upload content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Use the Service to create "deepfakes" for deceptive, political, or malicious purposes.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and a ban from the platform.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy: Due to the high cost of GPU processing for AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once Generation Points have been used. If you believe there has been a technical error, please contact support.

6. Intellectual Property (AI Generations)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StudioSelf assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the images generated by the AI for you ("Generated Content"). You are free to use these images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to local laws regarding AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StudioSelf, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
