A: Each image you generate costs one Generation Point. Our plans give you a monthly allowance of points (e.g., The Portrait Plan gives you 75 points). You can see your remaining points in your account dashboard.

A: We offer three plans: The Portrait Plan ($14.99/mo for 75 points), The Portfolio Plan ($24.99/mo for 100 points), and The Brand Plan ($59.99/mo for 300 points). You can manage your subscription from your account.

A: AI is a creative tool, not a perfect mirror. It uses your photo as a strong reference for facial identity, but the final look is a new, artistic creation. For best results, use a clear, well-lit, forward-facing photo for the "Face" upload.

A: Safe Mode (the default) uses helpful presets for things like hair and expression to create great-looking, standard portraits. Creative Mode unlocks all the advanced accordions, giving you full control over poses, locations, and styles, but is more complex and experimental.

A: Your photos are used only to generate your images. They are not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. They are processed securely and then discarded.

A: For the "Face" upload, use a clear, high-quality photo where you are looking directly at the camera. Good lighting and no sunglasses or heavy shadows is best. For "Body" or "Clothing," use a photo that clearly shows the full item or shape.

A: These are optional, advanced controls. "Upload Body" will try to match your exact body shape from the photo. "Upload Clothing" will try to put that exact item on your character. Using these will disable the "Body Shape" and "Clothing" accordions.

A: AI generation is complex! This can happen if the AI has trouble combining your prompt (e.g., a difficult pose) with your face. This is why we advise testing with a small batch first. Try a different "Safe Mode" generation or a simpler prompt in "Creative Mode."

A: "Resize (2x)" is a free tool that makes your generated image twice as large (e.g., 1024x1024 becomes 2048x2048). It's great for getting a higher-quality version to download or print, and it does not cost any Generation Points.
